Lunch & Snacks

CF Kids Adventures does not provide lunch, and bringing a sack lunch labeled with your chid’s name is recommended. However, we will have lunchables available for purchase for $2, as well as pizza or a hot dog available for purchase one day each week.

CF Kids Adventures will provide a snack for the campers each afternoon. We recommend that you pack a snack for the campers to eat during our morning break time.

Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp.   We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts.   Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts.   If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Packing List

Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

  • Sunscreen (spray for body is preferred)

  • Extra clothes in case they get wet/dirty

  • Water bottle labeled with their name on it

  • For water weeks, campers should come wearing a swimsuit, and bring a towel

  • Certain activities like some of the elective classes may require students to bring additional items with them to camp and will be communicated to you in advance

Payments, Cancellations, Refunds

Registration & Payments

Registration for Summer 2025 will open on April 1st at 10:00am EST and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until two weeks the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available and your child's Health Form Supplement is received.

Payment for each week is due two weeks before. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $25 that is due at the time of registration. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  Failure to pay may result in the removal of the camper from camp.

If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!

Cancellations & Refunds

ALL requests for cancellations or changes must be informed in writing via this form. Cancellations made one week before registered date will be refunded in full (less the registration fee).  If you do not submit it in writing by one week before registered start date you will be responsible for all fees as space is limited.

In the rare case that the camp needs to temporarily close due to an unforeseen weather-related circumstance like a power outage, a refund will not be provided.
